  • When is my final balance due?

    General Policy: The full balance for your trip is typically due 60 days before your travel date. Last-Minute Bookings: If you're booking a trip that is scheduled to occur within 60 days of your reservation date, the full balance is due at the time of booking. This ensures that payments are made in a timely manner, particularly for trips booked close to the travel date.

  • When will I receive my arrival information and reservation confirmation?

    Reservation Confirmation: After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. It's advised to check all email folders, including spam or junk folders, to ensure you don't miss it. Arrival Information: You'll receive detailed arrival information once your final balance is paid in full and all rental agreements are completed. This process ensures that customers are well-informed about their bookings and have all necessary details before their travel.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellation within 30 Days of Arrival: No refund will be given if you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date. Cancellation 30 to 60 Days Before Arrival: A 50% refund of your reservation amount will be provided if you cancel within this time frame. Cancellation 60 Days or More Before Arrival: A full refund will be given if you cancel 60 days or more before your arrival date.

  • What time is Check in and Check out?

    Check-In Time: Check-in is available starting from 4:00 PM on your arrival day. Checkout Time: Checkout must be completed by 10:00 AM on your departure day. Early Check-In/Late Checkout: If you need an early check-in or late checkout, you can request it, subject to availability and/or an additional charge.

  • How do I gain access to my villa?

    All homes are keyless entry therefore you can go straight to the property and use the unique personalized code you were given for access.

  • What should we do if we face any challenges in our home?

    As a guest of Top Tier, you have access to our attentive team 24hrs a day. Our main body of staff are on the resort from 9am – 5pm. If you were to face any challenges prior to 9am or after 5pm we still have staff ready to support, you!

  • When should I book my villa?

    Right away! If you don’t book your villa when you see it’s available, you may risk it not being available for your dates! Popular homes book first!

  • Will I have access to Reunion Resort amenities?

    Yes! All Top Tier homes have membership, so you have access to all resort amenities.

  • Are Top Tier Homes Pet Friendly?

    No Pets Allowed: The homes are not pet-friendly, meaning pets are not permitted in the accommodations. Alternative Options: If you need a place for your pet, they can recommend nearby boarding facilities. This policy ensures that guests are aware of the restrictions and provides a solution for those traveling with pets.

  • What is the difference between Full and Light housekeeping?

    Full Housekeeping: Includes a thorough cleaning of the property, along with laundering of towels and sheets. Light Housekeeping: Involves a thorough cleaning of the property, but the housekeeping team does not launder towels or sheets. Towel Change Out: Offers the option to swap out used towels for fresh ones.

  • What are the pool safety regulations?

    Pool Safety Alarms: All Top Tier Homes are equipped with pool safety alarms. Compliance with Florida State Law: These alarms meet the regulations set by Florida state law. This ensures that guests are informed about the safety measures in place, which are in accordance with legal requirements.

  • What's included in my stay?

    Included: All homes come with linens, towels, pool towels, and access to a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a selection of pots, pans, oven dishes, silverware, and more. Additional Items: If you'd like to have extra items available upon your arrival, you can visit the welcome pack section to make arrangements. This ensures that guests are well-prepared for their stay and can customize their experience by requesting additional items in advance.

  • What is the required length of stay?

    Standard Minimum Stay: Typically, a 5-night minimum stay is required. Exceptions: Some homes may accept shorter stays, depending on availability and other factors. Holiday Periods: During holiday periods, the minimum stay requirement may be extended beyond the usual 5 nights.

  • Do I need to purchase travel protection?

    Even the best-planned trips can have slight hiccups due to unexpected circumstances. Travel Protection is highly recommended and will provide coverage for everyone staying in the home for an affordable cost.

  • If we want the spa heated, do we need to pay for pool heat?

    Yes, in order to activate spa heat you would have had to pay for pool heat. We do have a few homes where this cost is already incorporated into the nightly rate,
